ClientPoint - Service Transaction Dashboard

The Service Transactions Dashboard is used to record Services and Referrals clients receive while served in a project.

Services are those supports that can be provided internally by the users agency that is entering the data into NDHMIS for the client.

Referrals are those supports that cannot be provided internally by the users agency, so the agency must make a referral to an agency that does provide that support.

For projects that utilize ShelterPoint, users can also view a clients previous shelter stays in the Service Transactions Dashboard.
