ClientPoint - Case Manager Tab

For projects that assign a case manager to clients served, the Case Managers tab can be used to include information about the specific clients case manager. If the case manager is the user entering the data into NDHMIS, the Me button can be used to auto-populate the remaining information.

If the case manager is another NDHMIS user within the agency, the current user can use the ServicePoint User button to select the case managers name from a drop-down list of usernames.

 

If the case manager is neither the current user nor another NDHMIS user within the agency, the current user can select the Other button to manually type in the information for the clients case manager.
