PATH Report - Generate PATH Report

To run the PATH report, click PATH 2019. This report can be run for either component of PATH (Street Outreach or Supportive Services), or it can be run for both components simultaneously.

To run it for one component or the other, make sure your Enter Data As in the upper right corner is selected for the specific PATH Component.

To run the report for both components, within the region, you will select just the region and then This provider AND its subordinates.

As mentioned before, the Program Date Range* can be for whatever time period for which you want to run the report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Enter in the date range and click Build Report.

Once the report is run, you can save the report to PDF by clicking on the printer icon and then select the Print to PDF option.
