ShelterPoint

For shelters that serve clients on a night by night basis, where there is no real set project start and project exit, and where there are large numbers of clients coming in and out on a regular basis, ShelterPoint allows users to streamline the client-level data entry process. ShelterPoint allows projects to create specific unit lists or bed lists, depending on how their project is divided (for example: Mens, Womens, and Family unit lists).

ShelterPoint shows a list of clients checked into the Shelter at any given time. It allows users to quickly check a large number of people out simultaneously, while also confirming a large number of people to stay the next night.

ShelterPoint can be used with the scan cards discussed in the Client Profile tab section of this document, to streamline the Shelter check-in process even more.
