The information provided by the HMIS Data Completeness Report is intended to help you make corrections to client HMIS records within ServicePoint. Please contact the NDHMIS Help Desk for the fastest response to any questions.
This report has been structured to help users find and correct errors in client records.
Most columns correlate to questions in HMIS assessments, so you can easily find the question in an assessment that you need to address. Other columns provide information to help identify and/or correct errors in related assessment questions.
