Reports and Advanced Reporting Tool (ART)

Reports

There are many different reports available to users in the canned reports section of ServicePoint. Users can find this section by clicking Reports on the left side of the screen. These reports can be run in live time, meaning data that is entered into NDHMIS today will appear on the reports in this section as soon as it is entered into the system. Advanced Reporting Tool (ART)

For custom reporting and more detailed reports, the Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) is used. A user must have an additional license to their general user license to access ART. These reports cannot be run in live time, meaning data that is entered into NDHMIS today will not appear on reports housed in ART until the next day. While this is a downfall of ART, the tool allows for much more sophisticated reporting.
